If you're getting this error when trying to email from the PMS software, please consider using our integrated email sender. Email Settings  

When attempting to email using our Microsoft Outlook interface, you might get the following error if Outlook isn't installed or Windows can't find it:

ExecEmail
Run-time error '429':
ActiveX component can't create object 



Please be sure that Microsoft Outlook is installed. If it is installed, and you are still receiving the error, try installing the Primary Interop Assemblies (PIA) from Microsoft using the link, below.
