POS Printer Setup

Printing a logo on POS receipts will require the Epson Printer Utility for your specific printer. This is only supported on certain printers, including the TM T88 and TM T20 series. Check with Epson for clarification.

An update may be required and older printers may not be compatible with the newer image format Epson uses.

Only logos stored in Key-Code 32,32 will be used.
Logos always print centered.

Logos must be uploaded to each printer using the Epson Printer Utility, which you will download from Epson.

  • As of November 20, 2025, this is the current link to Epson's device list where you will find your specific printer model.
