HTML Templates

Many of the forms presented or emailed to the guest are HTML templates. You may wish to customize or edit these templates or add additional ones.

For new customers, Execu/Tech will customize the first set of HTML templates upon request. Additional forms and editing are billable as clerical services and are not included in Execu/Tech support.

HTML templates:

• Confirmation Letter, Printed
• Confirmation Letter, Emailed
• Cancellation Letter, Printed
• Cancellation Letter, Email
• Guest Folio, Printed
• Guest Folio, Emailed
• Guest Registration form (Reg Card)
• A/R (DB) Statement, Printed
• A/R (DB) Statement, Email
• Thank You Email

Hotel Logo: In order for your hotel's logo to appear on these letters and forms, it must be downloaded to the hotel folder. See Hotel Logo for guidelines and instructions.

Printing HTML forms and letters: See ETHTMLPrint (Print Folios, Reg Card, Cancellation, etc.)

Email Settings: Exec/Email must be set up in order to email letters and folios to guests. See Email Settings.

MENUINI.FIL Configuration Settings:

• Specify multiple Confirmation Letters, Confirmation Emails, Cancellation Letters, and Registration Forms.
• Sets default letters/forms for each company for hotels with more than one Company set up in System Maintenance.
• Consolidate multiple reservations for one profile into one Confirmation letter.
• Option to print Hotel Comment 2 and/or 3 on Registration form.
• Optional Hotel name to print on letters, folio, and registration form instead of Company Name set up in System Maintenance.

Parameter Record Print Options:

• The Parameter Record screen has a Print Options button at the bottom. See Parameter Record for details.

Set HTML Print Defaults:

• This application allows you to set default margins for printing.
• You can run ETSetHtmlPrintDefaults.exe from the hotel folder (Find Software Application Folder), or you may find it in your hotel menu in File > Special > Set HTML Print Defaults.
