Execu/Gift - Donated Cards

Donated Gift Cards/Certificates are for one-time redemption.  They do not have an expiration date and do not have a dollar value.

Start the procedure as usual, entering the "From" and "To" information.

DO NOT select Add Balance.  Instead, click Save. 



A warning message (shown above) will pop up.  Answer Yes if you wish to continue.

The card may be redeemed as a normal gift card.  However, there is no monetary value, and your policy will determine at the time of redemption the value to give it.

After the card has been used one time, it becomes closed and may no longer be used.
