When checking in a guest, making a reservation or changing a room or room type, you might see this error.

Invalid room type

 

You're seeing this message because the referenced room type does not exist. There are a few reasons this happens.
  • You typed an invalid room type - one that doesn't exist.
  • The room type was once valid but has since been deleted.
  • The room references an invalid room type.
Take a look at these pages to determine if you want to create the room type or if the room needs to reference a different room type.
