IN REORG - NOT POSTED



This message is seen in the older Call Accounting command window. It's a notification message letting you know that a call came through while the PMS Reorganize was in progress. If you continually see this message then someone has modified your Parameter Record to disable the interface posting.

     If you use more than one company in the software, you need to check this setting in each company even though company 01 is where this setting is typically read.

To check this setting:
  1. Select Manager/Setup then Hotel Control Files Set-up



  2. Select Parameter Record



  3. Check the setting "Interfaces active? (X=yes, Z=no):"
    If this is set to "Z" then Call Accounting will not post. Change this setting to "X".
