Microsoft .NET Framework

Our application makes use of the Microsoft .NET Framework. On some systems, you might find that the latest .NET Framework is not installed or that certain assemblies are missing. This is often because required components of Microsoft Office or 3rd party assemblies are missing.




We have applications that use both the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 and 4.7.1 (or newer).

Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 (Included in .NET 3.5)

 

.NET Framework 2.0 is included in .NET Framework 3.5. To add .NET Framework 2.0 you need to follow the instructions below.

Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.1 (or newer)

Microsoft .NET 4.7.1 (or newer) is required by Shift4 and Vantiv EMV in order to support TLS 1.2.
