Many forms in our software use HTML templates and will print to the Windows Default Printer. These forms include Guest Folio, Confirmation Letter, Accounts Receivable Invoices, etc. If you find that your form is printing to the wrong printer, verify that the correct printer is selected as your Windows default printer.
In a Remote Desktop or RemoteApp environment, you will need to verify that the remote session is using the correct printer as its default. Your IT professional can configure your Remote Desktop Client so that it uses your computer's default printer as the session default printer. Since Execu/Tech doesn't maintain your computers, we are unable to change these settings for you.
