Enable PDF Saving/Printing

To enable printing and saving of reports to PDF files, you can use the built-in Microsoft Print to PDF or the free product CutePDF.

Microsoft Print to PDF

• Only available on Windows 10 and 11


• If Microsoft Print to PDF is not on the list of available printers, it may need to be enabled in Windows by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off and checking the box next to Microsoft Print to PDF. (You can quickly find this setting by typing "features" into the Windows search bar, or by pressing Win + R and typing "Optionalfeatures.exe" and clicking OK.)


• Execu/Tech does not support Microsoft Print to PDF. Additional information about enabling, installing, or troubleshooting Microsoft Print to PDF is readily available online.

CutePDF

• CutePDF will add a PDF printer to your list of available printers.

• Select this printer, and the document you print will be saved as a PDF file.

• It will also be used when clicking the option "Save to PDF" from within a print to screen display window.
