You probably do not need to do this.  This function is used to convert very old files into a new format so that you can print POS reports for past (years ago) date ranges.  

To do this, go to Run Program by Name and enter GAPOCOPY.  Press Enter when the printer menu opens.  When the "select action" menu opens, select 8, Convert gapo999.fin's. 

Nothing happens that you will see so don't expect any popups or messages.
