You can send your guests a "Thank you for staying" email when they check out.  

To activate this function, look in the Templates folder in the Hotel folder on the server where your software is located.  Find "gagelet.htm" and copy it to the Hotel folder.  Do not rename the file; its presence is what activates this function.
You may edit the file with your verbiage.  HERE are instructions on editing HTML files.  We can assist you with allowable tags.

At completion of the check-out process, you will see the following popup:



An email will be sent automatically to the guest.



The folio must have the guest's email address.
