Guest Opt-Out

Execu/Suite PMS provides a convenient method of deleting and/or masking all personal information for a guest who requests to be opted out of the system in accordance with GDPR.

In response to a guest opt out request:

Go to the requesting guest's Guest Profile using the normal method, either through Reservations, Guest History, or People/Profile.

In the Guest Profile screen, press the "Delete" button at the bottom of the screen.

Answer "Yes" to the following prompt:

The guest profile record is then deleted.  With all associated reservation records (reservations, reservation history, in-house guests, guest history) personal information will be masked with randomly generated values.  The associated records are masked rather than deleted in order to preserve statistical data.
