Uninstall AeroAdmin

To better serve our customers, we are moving from AeroAdmin to RemotePC.

If you're currently using AeroAdmin, we can uninstall it for you and install RemotePC.

If you want to uninstall it yourself, follow the directions, below.

  • AeroAdmin is often used on demand, and likely exists in your "Downloads" folder. Even when installed as a service, it's still likely in your "Downloads" folder. You can search in your Windows File Explorer for "aeroadmin*.exe" and it will find all instances you have permission to access.

  • If its on your desktop, it likely looks similar to this.

  • Once you've located a copy of this file, run it to make sure it isn't running as a service. If it is, uncheck the "Service" option.

  • While "Service" is not checked, close the application and delete all instances of it. As long as "Service" isn't checked it will never run again on its own, but deleting will make sure nobody ever runs it accidentally.
