When running the Night Audit Reorganize, it's important that all other users be logged out of the software, either by closing it completely or returning to the login screen. This is important because users often forget to log out when they leave for the day, and can have critical things open like reservations, guest folios, configuration screens for rooms or payment codes, etc. These can all cause issues when the Night Audit Reorganize completes. 

If someone has forgotten to log out, you'll receive a warning screen providing a list of logged in users. It is critical that the night auditor know where these terminals are and can have access to them to log out.
