User ID not accepted
If you type your User ID and press enter, and the cursor does not move to the Password field, that means the ID was not accepted. (If the cursor moves to the Password field, then the User ID is OK.) Reasons this could happen:
Change Company of Another Terminal (available with the latest software update.)
To change the company of another terminal, go to System Maintenance > Select Company.
Press the question mark button.
If the other terminal is currently logged in, they must log out and in again.
Cannot Run More Than Once
Company Selection Keeps Appearing
Current time not set up
Start Program Missing
Keyboard Record Not Set Up
Terminal Record Not Set Up
Software License Warning
