Sometimes clicking your program icon will return the following error:
start: Program missing or inaccessible
This problem is usually caused by a bad value in the "Start in" field of the shortcut properties.
To view the shortcut properties, right-click on the shortcut and select "Properties."
It could be missing or it could be pointing to the wrong location. This field should contain the path to the folder containing the software. Windows doesn't know what the intended 'working folder' for this application is, so when it tries to find start.cob, it doesn't know where to look. Software Installation - Client
It could also be caused because the file start.cob is missing. Restore it from a backup. It's important to back up ALL files in the software folder just in case you experience data loss.
