There will be many times when a transaction on the EMV PIN Pad fails to complete and an error is returned. We try to capture most of them and provide you with an easy to understand response but there will be errors that we haven't encountered yet. If the error description looks confusing or like it's code spit out by a robot, you can copy the text by following the instructions on the error window and email it to us at support@execu-tech.com. We will work with Vantiv / Worldpay to determine the cause of the error and provide you with a more easy to understand error message.
