Blocking rooms for groups - Allotments

First, block the rooms in the PMS if your PMS and CRS are integrated. 

HERE  are instructions for creating blocks in Execu/Suite PMS.

Print a Group Pickup Report for handy reference to make sure your allotments in the CRS match what you've blocked in the PMS.  It is important that the availability matches, and that the two systems stay in sync.
