Find Software Application Folder
Knowing where the Execu/Suite software application is installed can be helpful, especially when you're wanting to modify templates, look at logs, etc.
Here are three ways that will help you locate this folder (directory):
Look at the application window
Look at the shortcut properties
Open file location

Look at the application window
The first, and easiest, method of finding this folder is to start the software and look at the status bar at the bottom left corner of the window. This will give you the install folder.
In the PMS software:
In the POS software:
In both instances, the software folder is \\2008SRVR\datadrive\Testing\i4Go-Test.

Look at the shortcut properties
Right-click on the icon, then select "Properties" from the bottom of the list.
When the Hotel Properties window opens, look at the "Start in" field. The software folder is displayed there.
In this instance, the software folder is \\2008SRVR\datadrive\Testing\i4Go-Test.

Open file location
This option allows you to open the software application folder in Windows Explorer (This is not the same as Internet Explorer. Windows Explorer lets you browse files and folders, not the internet.)
Right-click on the icon, then select "Open file location" from near the top of the list.
After clicking "Open file location," a Windows Explorer window will open showing the contents of the Execu/Suite software folder. Using this window, you can find HTML templates, text copies of critical reports, archives, etc.
In this instance, the software folder is \\2008SRVR\datadrive\Testing\i4Go-Test.
