Terminal number

This is the PMS Terminal Number you're setting up. 01 - 99.

Auto log off time

This is the time you want this terminal to log out of the PMS software. use 24 hour time without a colon. 9:00pm is entered as 2100.

Menu mode

This sets the mode of the menu

O = push button menu in the center of the screen

N = drop down menu with multitasking. This gives graphical buttons in a top menu bar as well as a tree view to the left. You will also be able to open more than one item at a time, for example two reservations or a check in and a reservation.

S = drop down menu WITHOUT multitasking. This gives graphical buttons in a top menu bar as well as a tree view to the left. You will only be able to open one item at a time.

'From' email address

This is a custom from email address that will be used when emailing documents from this terminal. Useful for manager, admin and dedicated reservation terminals.
