Log files are encrypted to protect PII and can only be decrypted by Execu/Tech support. If troubleshooting logs is required, Execu/Tech support can securely decrypt these logs to help determine what caused the issue being investigated. No credit card account numbers or track data are in these logs. |
Log File Locations
Logs for the OTA / HTNG interface are saved in the Request (RQFiles) and Response (RSFiles) folders.
These are the locations of the different logs.

All logs are saved as text files and the file name is yyyyMMddHHmmssff(XXXXXX).txt where:
