Remote Support Connection
Our remote support application provides attended (only when you request it) and unattended (always waiting) remote access for our support technicians. Sometimes you have an issue that we need to see first hand. We may also need to install and configure software for you, like our PMS and POS applications, or interfaces to phones or reservation systems. While connected, this application allows us to see your screen, move your mouse cursor and do most things you can do on your computer..

Unattended Access (permanent) If you want to give us 24 hour access to your computer, install the application found at this link. This will give us 24/7 access your computer, with the Windows user credentials you provide us. This allows us to provide support 24/7 in the case of emergencies, without having to involve management or IT to enable a connection. Depending on the Windows user credentials you provide us, we can install updates and new applications like interfaces to phones or online reservations, modify report templates, upload files, copy and download files, unlock and rebuild files, or disconnect remote desktop sessions if needed. This can be installed on your server and client computers.
*This is our preferred method but we understand that you or your IT professional may not be comfortable with it, so we offer the Attended Access method, below. |

Attended Access (temporary) If you want to give us temporary access (while you watch and wait) to your computer, run the application found at this link.
Once the support session ends, close the application and we will no longer have access to your computer until you click the above link and run the application again.
