Network setup for locally installed systems.

  • The Execu/Suite interface application must be installed on the same local area network as the Execu/Suite PMS software.

  • The Execu/Suite interface application can be installed on the same computer as the Execu/Suite PMS software.

  • Comtrol's LLPTS application must be installed on a Windows PC with a static IP address.

  • All interfaced systems (PBX, Keys, Call Accounting, etc.) must be able to communicate with Comtrol's LLPTS application via TCP/IP or Serial.

  • The customer's IT professional will need to configure any routers and firewalls to ensure that the interfaced systems can communicate with Comtrol's LLPTS application on the given IP addresses and ports. 
    • Comtrol's LLPTS application can be the client or server for each interfaced system.
    • If Comtrol's LLPTS application is the server, we can modify the port number if needed.



   Network setup for cloud hosted systems.


  • The Execu/Tech cloud server will have a static public IP address.

  • You will need a static public IP address at the location where Comtrol's LLPTS application and the interfaced systems are installed. Typically this is the hotel itself.

  • The customer's IT professional will need to configure any routers and firewalls to allow TCP/IP communication from the Execu/Tech cloud server to Comtrol's LLPTS application.
    • We will provide your IT professional with the IP address of the cloud server as well as the port number so network security can be maintained by only allowing communication from the cloud server. 
    • If you require a different port number from the one we provide let us know and we'll change it.

  • The Execu/Tech PMS and Interface software will be installed on the Execu/Tech cloud server.

  • Comtrol's LLPTS application must be installed on a Windows PC with a static IP address on the customer's on site network.
